Gourmet cheese and fruit platter with baked Brie, Havarti, Jarlsberg, Gouda, and Cheddar served with French baguette slices and crackers, and seasonal fruits.
Vegetable platter with hummus and Ranch dips.
Assorted mini desserts.
Iced tea, coffee, and citrus water.
Menu #2
Your choice of two of the following: fried chicken; spiral baked ham; BBQ pulled pork; or roasted turkey breasts.
Your choice of three of the following: Red Bliss potato salad; coleslaw; pasta salad (regular or Greek); baked mac and cheese; or Caesar salad (with homemade dressing and croutons).
Rolls and butter.
Old-fashioned Eastern Shore Maryland pound cake with fresh fruit.
Iced tea, coffee, and citrus water.

Gourmet cheese and fruit platter.
Your choice of Red Bliss potato salad or pasta salad (regular or Greek).
Your choice of two of the following: homemade chicken salad on mini croissants; spiral baked ham on rolls; gourmet Italian sandwiches on Ciabatta with fresh basil and dressing; or BBQ pulled pork on potato slider rolls.
